Challenge
Maltepe Municipality wanted a mobile app where residents could send suggestions, thanks and complaints with a single tap, and reach services such as announcements, events, municipal facilities and job applications from their phones.
Solution
Between 2022 and 2025 we designed, built and maintained the Maltepem Mobile app. We brought together the “Snap & Send” feature for instant requests with photo and location, the news and events feed, information pages for facilities such as nurseries, and a step-by-step job application form in a single app.
Result
Maltepem Mobile launched on the App Store and Google Play, becoming a direct communication channel between residents and the municipality on both iOS and Android.
